Return/exchange policy
All sales are final. NO REFUNDS. If you ordered a ring and it does not fit, you may exchange it for the same ring in a different size -- if you meet the following requirements.

1) You have not worn the ring, and it is in original condition and its original packaging.
2) You obtain an exchange authorization number (EA#) prior to shipping, by emailing exchange@catrinagregory.com.
3) You clearly mark the EA# on the outside of the package. (NOTE: You are responsible for return shipping costs. It is to your best interest to ship the return item by UPS Ground or any other reliable shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.)
4) We receive the ring in original condition, in original packaging within 14 days of shipping date, and with a clearly marked EA# on the outside of the package.

Custom rings may also be exchanged if they meet the above requirements. All custom items are subject to a 30% re-stocking fee.

We will ship the replacement ring to you free of charge.

Store credit may be arranged in special circumstances.

We want you to be happy with your shiny, pretty things. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us, and we'll do our best to restore your faith in retail therapy.

Shipping
All shiny pretty things by Catrina Gregory are made to order, and as a result usually ship within 3 - 4 weeks from date of order.

PayPal is our e-commerce provider and does not support international orders. If you are an international jet-setter, and want to buy, contact us: (hello@catrinagregory.com), and we'll hook you up.

Shipping and handling rates are as follows:
$0 to $99.99: $7.50
$100.00 to 199.99: $9.00
$200 and up: $13.50

We ship via UPS Ground. Once we ship, you should receive your package in 3 - 5 days.

If you absolutely must have your shiny pretty things sooner, contact us by email (hello@catrinagregory.com). We'll see what we can do.

We are committed to the safety and security of your credit card and to preventing fraud. As a result, we will only ship to the billing address maintained by your credit card company. By shipping to this address only, we reduce the risk that your card is used as a stolen credit card. For more information see PayPal's privacy policy.
